SPECTRUM FEST 2021!!!!!!

Join us for Spectrum Fest 2021 throughout the month of April to celebrate Autism Acceptance. We were sad to cancel last year, so we are super excited to bring you some extra awesome events this time around.

  • Special message from veteran Spectrum creator Robert Girolami, “Learn to Include Us” for Autism Acceptance Day, Online release, FRIDAY, APRIL 2

  • Call for submissions to Spectrum Fest’s Animation Screening and an ongoing submission call for Spectrum Live. Find it HERE.

  • Behind the Wizard’s Curtain - an open studio at Creative Media Lab FRIDAY, APRIL 16, 1 PM. Register to attend HERE.

  • Online Screening of Animations from the Autism Spectrum, a curated program of short animated films + special guest presentation (TBA), FRIDAY, APRIL 23, 4 PM. FOLLOWED BY a Virtual Workshop Tour with Steven Woloshen. Register to attend HERE.

  • Online screening of Code of the Freaks (2020) by Salome Chasnoff, in partnership with ReelAbilities Toronto APRIL 24, 5 PM (FOR MATURE AUDIENCES ONLY). Register to attend here.

  • Release of 5 Spectrum Creator Spotlights on our website! Every Tuesday in April.

  • Announcement of Summer Camp Signup and Summer Jobs.

  • BIG PRIZE GIVEAWAY at the end of the month, sponsored by Nouveau Palais’s dollar donation for every burger Nuit Blanche fundraiser! To encourage keeping creative together, this goes towards a digital drawing tablet giveaway draw! To enter the draw, attend any SF event on Zoom, submit a film, or submit to the community challenge.

  • DISTRIBUTION DU GRAND PRIX à la fin du mois, parrainé par le don d’un dollar par Burger vendu au Nouveau Palais à la levée de fonds Nuit Blanche! Pour encourager la créativité ensemble, cela va à un tirage au sort d'une tablette à dessin numérique! Pour participer au tirage au sort, assistez à n'importe quel événement SF sur Zoom, soumettez un film ou participez au défi communautaire.
